晨起饮水的五大益处

⒈补充水分:人体在夜晚睡觉的时候从尿、皮肤、呼吸中消耗了大量的水分,早晨起床后人体会处于一种生理性缺水的状态。一个晚上人体流失的水分约有450毫升,晨起喝水可以补充身体代谢失去的水分。

⒉防止便秘:清晨起床后饮水还能刺激胃肠的蠕动,湿润肠道,软化大便,促进大便的排泄,防治便秘。

⒊冲刷肠胃:早上起床后胃肠已经排空,这时喝水可以洗涤清洁肠胃,冲淡胃酸,减轻胃的刺激,使胃肠保持最佳的状态。
